Position: Contract Manager.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus Car Allowance.

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, Dayshift with earlier finish on a Friday.

Commutable from: Leicestershire, Rugby, Nottinghamshire.

The Company:

  • A Leicester based Manufacturer specialising in Joinery for the Domestic and Commercial sectors are actively recruiting for a Permanent Contract Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee/tracking subcontract supply chain timelines and programme.
  • Management of nominated accounts ensuring quality, program and other performance requirements are being met.
  • Reports to Production Director.
  • Maintaining existing relationships with subcontractors.
  • Development and engagement with new subcontractors.
  • To ensure subcontractor contracts and PO's are compliant and responsibilities are being met and maintained.

The Candidate:

  • Experience, within construction industry, preferably interior fitout, and joinery.
  • Personable, Energetic, and Professional in nature.
  • Solid Management mindset.
  • Comfortable in a customer facing setting.
  • Confident in your communication skills over the telephone and face to face.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
