We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join a prominent and established firm in Tamworth. We are looking for an experienced, organised and highly motivated individual to join a highly regarded, legal 500 ranked department who will provide a quality legal service, assisting a varied client base in the West Midlands

Areas of expertise include:
  • Company formation
  • Sale and purchase of companies and businesses
  • Management buy-outs & buy-ins
  • Memorandum & articles of association
  • Corporate restructuring
  • Shareholder and partnership agreements & dissolutions
  • Terms of business and share options
The successful candidate will have 1-3 years' PQE with broad experience of commercial and corporate matters. Excellent communication skills with good commercial acumen will be essential. NQ's with relevant experience will also be considered.
  Hybrid working available. Salary Competitive.
