It’s an active role where you’ll work towards daily targets as you move around the warehouse. If you’d welcome the opportunity to get some exercise while you’re on the clock, this could be the right job for you!

In return for your hard-work you’ll also get great onboarding training and support, fantastic on-site facilities, a competitive salary and benefits package, and a manager who listens to you and works with you to protect your wellbeing.

What you’ll do

  • unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets
  • organise and distribute waste to the correct location in the warehouse
  • stack pallets for recycling collections
  • work in a team to achieve key targets
  • follow all the depot health and safety procedures

This role would suit people who have

  • the ability to comfortably perform manual tasks
  • good communication skills
  •  the ability to work within a team environment

At Co-op you’ll do work that matters, and you’ll be rewarded for your hard work with a competitive salary (including additional shift allowances) and a benefits package which includes holidays starting from 31 days per year (including bank holidays), 30% off Co-op branded products in our food stores, a pension with up to 10% employer contributions, plus:

  • Wagestream – a money management app that gives you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it
  • YuLife – an app that rewards you for exercising with discounts and vouchers for many of the UK’s biggest brands
  • Free employee assistance programme with extensive health, financial and wellbeing support
  • Access to credit unions for loans and savings, plus rental deposit loans and season ticket loans
  • Free eye tests every 2 years
