Exciting Opportunity: Digital Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist on a permanent basis, with a member of the team's upcoming maternity leave paving the way for your entrance into our vibrant workplace. To emphasize, this is a permanent position with longevity! With a strong focus on digital marketing, this role offers a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £28,000, depending on experience.

Location: Hybrid/In-Office (First 3 months in-office, then hybrid option available)

Reporting to: Director

As part of a close-knit team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate across departments, including IT and HR, in a small yet dynamic environment. With a team of 2 and an apprenticeship program in the pipeline, you'll thrive as a marketing generalist, leveraging your core digital skills and embracing autonomy in managing your workload.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing all aspects of marketing, including liaising with our parent companies in Germany and America.

Demonstrating expertise in SEO, PPC, campaign management, website administration, and content creation.

Planning and executing marketing events and exhibitions.

Managing company websites using platforms like WordPress and Sitecore, implementing SEO best practices and enhancing user experience.

Designing engaging marketing email campaigns for lead generation.

Effectively managing the marketing budget and focusing on in-house design for digital channels.

Analyzing key metrics and monitoring campaign performance.

In your first year, you'll have ample support as you navigate the role, ensuring a smooth transition and comfortable learning curve.
