Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Derby

Salary: £40k-£50k

Job Type: On-site

The Role

Our client is currently looking for an emphatic Project Manager who is able to manage multiple complex projects at one point, all the way through to completion. You will be a key member of the team and will be instrumental in building rapport with all key stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To be able to review technical drawings as well as the scope of all works for enquiries.
  • To forecast the fabrication, installation and metal finish of projects that are going live.
  • To ensure programs for the project, to be filed with tenders to allow the successful build of project management.
  • To develop a list of quantity for all of the steel work within a given tender.
  • To consider all HSEQ management systems requirements for tenders.
  • To liaise with clients to confirm any works and to attend site for surveys.
  • To be able to agree all specifications of work with clients in order to enable the manufacture and installation of all projects assigned to you.

The Candidate

  • To have detailed knowledge of all HSEQ requirements.
  • To understand structural designs and materials for the relevant industries.
  • Time management and to be aware of the commercial goals of the company.
  • To have a disciplined approach to the admin of the documentation.
