FAMILY LAWYER, 5-10 years’ PQE, WEST SUSSEX, SALARY £50,000- £75,000 DOE.

A specialist family law firm seeks a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5-10 years’ PQE to join its well-established high street practice. This is a permanent, full-time role with a focus on financial remedy matters. Job reference: 215295798

This is the perfect role for you if:
• you have experience of managing your own files and you are able to take over an existing caseload;
• you have handled a range of family law matters including divorce and separation, child arrangements and cohabitation;
• you have expertise in financial remedy on divorce/dissolution of civil partnerships, and resolving financial disputes on separation when parties are cohabitees; and
• you have advocacy experience.
