Description
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with legal requirements
- Process payments and invoices accurately and timely
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Perform administrative duties such as filing and managing correspondence
- Collaborate with team members in the Accounting & Finance department
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Contribute to the overall mission of the not-for-profit organisation
Profile
A successful Finance Officer should have:
- A solid foundation in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in using finance software
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
