I am pleased to say I am collaborating with a brilliant boutique Financial Services company as they search for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team to cover a maternity cover contract.

It is imperative you have a proven track record of working in the Financial Services arena.

Working to support a leading Senior HR BP, you will be working in tandem with both back and front office client groups to look at the people driven strategy in the UK.

This is a truly generalist position where you will be the conduit between your senior stakeholders in your client group.,

A strong candidate fit for this role will come with previous experience within Financial Services and be able to demonstrate their knack for influencing stakeholders and having the gravitas to operate at a high level within a well-stocked HR function.

You will be an HR Business Partner who is used to working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge and is always looking for the next area of improvement for the employees your role impacts.

You will be responsible for concentrating on all areas of HR to include:

  • Talent Management
  • ER
  • Performance Management
  • Employee Engagement
  • Change Management
  • DEI initiatives
