Licensed Residential Conveyancer

A dynamic conveyancing department in Abercynon are seeking a Licensed Residential Conveyancer experienced in high-tech solutions to join their growing conveyancing department. On offer is a hybrid working model, competitive salary, and on-site parking.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all property matters independently, including Leaseholds, Freeholds, Registered and Unregistered Properties, and various transaction types.
• Progress client matters efficiently, ensuring files are organised and maintained in good order.
• Achieve billing targets

To thrive in this role, the following skills are essential:

• Must Hold a Qualification in CILEx, SRA, or CLC
• Proven experience within Conveyancing managing your own caseload
• Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency in legal software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

The suitable candidate must have 2+ years of PQE managing a varied Residential conveyancing caseload, as will be responsible for handling all conveyancing matters from instruction to completion for nationwide clients.
