PRODUCT EXECUTIVE (LONG HAUL)

Office based or Hybrid Opportunity (min 2 days per week in the office) based in Wallington, Surrey

The Product team works alongside every other team in our organisation, which is why it is never dull, always busy, and never the same day twice! Multi-tasking experts, who are involved with every aspect of creating our holidays from researching our destinations, contracting hotels, costing holidays, to the logistics and components of every tour work seamlessly-in resort, in the air and on-board ship.

The opportunity

As a Product Executive within our Long-Haul Product team, you will report to our Head of Product for Long Haul tours. In this multi-faceted role, you’ll be primarily responsible for operating our holidays within budget whilst delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

You'll be responsible for a huge variety of tasks relating to the operation of our fabulous holidays - from preparing tour documentation for our valued customers, tour managers and overseas partners, to working closely with Product Managers, third party suppliers and internal teams - at all times championing service delivery for our customers.

You'll provide instruction and support for our amazing tour managers, briefing them on all aspects of our holidays, readily engaging with them to ensure a top-class experience for our customers, seeking and giving feedback, arranging their flights, travel andaccommodation, and relevant resources.

Working closely with suppliers of all types - hotels, excursion providers, transportetc. - you will build exceptional relationships to ensure the delivery experience is consistent in all destinations and touch points, putting auditing procedures in place to track success and identify areas for improvement.

Forging great collaborative relationships with our Contact Centre and Customer Experience teams is key to ensuring comprehensive understanding of holidays, key selling points and unique elements, options andupsellingopportunities.

You'll have top-notch communication skills, written and verbal; be adept at assimilating a variety of tasks; and be computer literate, especially with using the Microsoft applications suite - notably Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.

Offered on a hybrid-working basis, with at least 2-3 days being office based per week so it's important that you live in a sensible commute of Wallington, Surrey.

Experience in a similar role is certainly advantageous, but this could also be a great opportunity for a travel and tourism student or grad' seeking their first appointment, or perhaps someone looking for a fresh challenge, away from front line of sales or service for example, into a different aspect of tour operation.
