Product Training and Supplier Relations Manager

Product Training and Supplier Relations Manager required by an ambitious luxury, tailormade travel company. This role will be instrumental in maximising product, destination and supplier knowledge within the company, while nurturing and optimising ground supplier relationships.

Basic salary circa 35K, plus a lucrative bonus structure which rewards your successes, overall package expected to reach 75K-100K.

Fully remote role with some infrequent travel.

Product Training and Supplier Relations Manager Responsibilities:

• Conceive, design and implement product training programme
• Conduct and/or facilitate training sessions, workshops and webinars utilising all expertise at your disposal.
• Work collaboratively with Head of Sales, Marketing and Suppliers to stay on top of product detail and market position.
• Development of training material, such as manuals, presentations and online learning
• Assess the success of training programs through feedback and sales team performance metrics
• Provide coaching and support to team, identifying improvement areas and developing personalised training plans
• Provision of FAM trips
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers
• Oversee product lifecycle from conception through to launch
• Monitor trade trends and competitor activity
• Manage product inventory ensuring availability to meet demand.
• Development of destination and product portfolio

Product Training and Supplier Relations Manager Experience required:

• Travel Industry experience in sales, product, training or all three would be highly desirable
• Dynamism and Ambition
• Love of Travel
• Flexibility to travel on occasions

Product Training and Supplier Relations Manager Additional Info:

• Fully Remote role with the need to travel to visit sales team infrequently
• Lucrative commission structure, on target earnings of 75K-100K
