Restaurant General Manager, London £50k-£55k + £10k bonus (KPI based)

Located in the heart of the West End of London, this restaurant offers unique, high quality food set in a sleek modern environment alongside a stunning cocktail bar. With 45 covers in the restaurant and the bar seating around 20, the restaurant currently offers a dinner service only.

As the General Manager, you will be
* Responsible for the day to day running and management of the business including financials and budget control
* Leading, managing and inspiring the team as well as recruiting and developing
* Ensuring a high standard of customer service and experience is offered to every customer
* Working closely with the owners to drive and evolve the business

Restaurant opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 5.30pm - 11pm/11.30pm

Our ideal candidate would
* Have a minimum of 3 years at General Manager level within a high quality restaurant
* Ideally have Michelin or rosette restaurant experience
* Have strong financial acumen and able to produce reports, cost control and manage budget
* Have exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation
* Be an inspirational leader who can develop and support their team
* Have excellent communication and organizational skills
* Thrive in a fast paced environment, keeping calm and level headed
* Demonstrate level headed thinking with the ability to problem solve
