What you will do

Nu-Form Fire UK is the UK’s leading specialist in fire suppression with a focus on fire sprinkler and deluge systems in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Our reputation for quality, knowledge, an unrivalled level of service and a different way of working we call “The Nu-Form Way”, has seen the steady growth of the business to an eight-figure turnover with prestigious projects covering the UK, Europe and further afield.

We are looking to grow and expand our market share through the addition of a sales proposals engineer.

The role will focus on driving additional growth from existing and new customers defined within the sector and will target specific projects or opportunities within the market, building relationships across all stakeholders and influencers.

How you will do it

  • The role is for an experienced professional who can work across mid/high level relationships within target organizations.
  • The sales proposals engineer will identify new business opportunities where the primary solutions are fire suppression systems.
  • Building opportunities to bid on projects and present technical information to board level. You will handle leads and drive sales performance using Salesforce.
  • Key objectives are pipeline growth and conversion improvement, working in collaboration with the team to drive growth against a defined sale target.

Are you able to demonstrate the following?

  • Has a proven record in achieving targets
  • High level of creation of new accounts and opportunities
  • Experience in managing opportunities/accounts and working in/with sales teams to prepare detailed proposals
  • Developing, communicating and presenting value in created solutions
  • Technical experience, competency and understanding of the solution
  • Experience within Fire Suppression industry.
