Second Line Technical Support

Salary £30,000

Great opportunity for 2nd / 3rd jobber in a second line support / help desk role.

You will be looking after systems, incident and chain management while offering technical support where appropriate to a UK wide base or a major European country.

You should have expereince of typical microsoft products, any experience of sharepoint etc beneficial.

Candidate must have good communication skills both verbally and over email.

Based near Wembley with good transport links and parking available on site.

You must have minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role.
