Senior Java Developer / Software Engineer High Wycombe to £65k

Are you a skilled Java Developer with a good appreciation of architecture and design?

You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a market leading tech company.

As a Senior Java Developer you'll design and develop complex baggage tracking and management applications and services that are used by airlines and airports, at over 100 airports across the globe. You'll collaborate with the Technical Architect to transition existing systems to modern Java 17 code, deploying to AWS and will also work on upcoming Greenfield projects.

Location / WFH:

You will be based in High Wycombe with flexibility to work from home two days a week.

About you:

• You have strong modern Java development skills; you'll be using Java 17 and Spring / SpringBoot
• You have a strong understanding of databases and SQL
• You have a good appreciation of software design and architecture and enjoy collaborating in technical discussions
• You have a good understanding of cloud based services, AWS preferred
• You're collaborative with great communication skills
