Validation Engineer
Inizio Engage have the pleasure of working with one of the fastest growing privately owned businesses in the UK involved in the development, manufacture and testing of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products and medical devices.
Working within a small team, the Validation Engineer role will primarily involve preparing and executing validation/ qualification protocols. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of manufacturing practice and background knowledge of clean rooms but our Client will also consider new to industry candidates with a science degree for this role.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a business that is family owned and are growing and for a graduate with a science degree looking to get into the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing, executing and reporting validation protocols for a range of equipment such as laboratory balances, mixing vessels, isolators, gas generators, spray driers etc.
- Temperature mapping of fridges, cold rooms, freezers, incubators and stability cabinets
- Write and format documents accurately with an eye for detail in reviewing documents
Key Skills:
- Life Science degree
- Good communication skills, planning and organisation skills
- Understanding of good manufacturing practice and background knowledge of clean rooms, sterility and equipment calibration is desirable
