Reed Business School
As part of Reed’s commitment to training and development, we have our own business school, which is situated in a 17th century manor house in the Cotswolds.
All new Co-Members come here for a week’s induction course upon joining Reed. We also deliver professional study courses from the business school, including CIPD, ACCA and CIMA.
Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management
Co-Members are able to study towards this postgraduate diploma conferring graduate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development via the distance learning course provided by Reed Business School.
Management Development Programme
Reed operates a comprehensive management training and development framework for all Co-Members promoted into people management positions.
Sponsored Study
Reed will sponsor Co-Members to undertake courses of study that directly relate to their work and result in recognised qualifications, such as the CIPD, CIMA, ACCA or CIM.
Professional Development Scheme
Reed Co-Members can apply for up to five days training from over 160 courses provided by Reed Training, which cover areas such as personal development, management development, sales and IT.
Personal Development Scheme
All Reed Co-Members can apply for a one-off benefit of sponsorship for a course or programme in a personal development or interest area. Reed will pay a 50% contribution to the cost of the programme, up to a maximum of £500. Examples of courses that Co-Members have taken under this scheme include magic lessons, learning Arabic, equestrian training and scuba diving.
Unrivalled Support
Reed has dedicated systems and sales trainers within each Reed Company who work with Co-Members on a one-to-one basis to provide them with the tools to maximise their productivity and success.
