We are recruiting for a Retail Coach to help apprentices with their qualifications in the Norfolk area. Our client is the largest apprenticeship provider nationwide. They are looking for Qualified Apprenticeship Coaches or Store Leaders/Managers looking to become a Retail Coach to inspire the next generation. As a retail supervisor, store manager or area manager, you'll know retail is a dynamic and fast-paced sector. Our high streets are changing. You've worked your way up and you know this industry inside out. But now it's time for a change: to escape the shop floor and weekend working. To pass on your skills and experience in a way that helps the next generation of talent to not only do a great job but build a career. And to do it in a way that also gives you a more flexible way of working, supported career development and the qualifications your experience deserves. Once you have passed their bespoke training you will oversee retail learners in the Norfolk area delivering the retails apprenticeship standard.
