Loan Asset Manager (Commercial Real Estate Debt), London c£55,000 - c£65,000 + Comp We are actively looking to engage with Loan Asset Managers from the commercial real estate space to discuss the following job opportunity. The Position: To manage a portfolio of loans both Balance sheet and CMBS securitizations, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and timelines.To manage multiple transactions to meet project deadlines and deliver a consistent high level of service to clients whilst adhering to policies and procedures.Meeting commitments, working independently, taking accountability, staying focused under pressure as well as showing the ability to adjust plans to meet changing needs.This is a client facing role and primarily involves working with a range of commercial real estate debt providers (stakeholders involved in commercial real estate (CRE) debt and equity investment) to provide loan asset management services.Work will involve the preparation of credit reporting, annual reviews, management of watch-list reports, supporting investors with bidder due diligence and underwriting, advising Lenders on issues requiring lender consent i.e. lease approvals, property sales and substitutions, advice to lenders concerning construction financing and draw-down requests and support with non-performing loans.Provide advice to client in-house credit functions on issues regarding asset management plans, strategy and construction financing. For those with experience, also support equity investors/lenders with underwriting due diligence. What we are looking for: Previous experience in commercial loan servicing. Experience will either have been in a third party servicer or in house at a bank or other financial institution.Strong understanding of real estate finance and complex deal structures.Experience on CMBS loans and working within a related credit environment involving CRE.Proven analytical skills and fully proficient using Excel.Solid analytical and technical skills and the desire to understand complex loan documents and borrower structures if not already experienced.Analytical skills to understand complex loan documents and borrower structures.Ability to confidently and comfortably present out to customers.
