The firm also covers real estate, residential conveyancing, corporate, commercial, private wealth, employment, succession planning and family law. The Role The team advise bridging lenders, alternative lenders, challenger banks, family offices, developers and property companies on all of their banking and property finance needs.This is varying from residential investment, residential development, commercial investment and commercial development.They also cover loan on loans and back to back funding arrangements, mezzanine financing and LMA style transactions across the entire capital stack. Experience & Skills Required: Successful experience of 2 - 6 years in a firm as a Banking & Finance Lawyer.Experience in Regulatory matters and Real Estate Finance would be an asset.Strong technical skills needed to support the client work of the department.Ability to be a team player and participate actively in the development of the Banking Department.
