The Role: This exciting multi-layer role involves supporting the account management and sales functions of the commercial team while simultaneously assisting the Partnership & Engagement Manager with employee engaging initiatives in the office as part of the Sustainability and well-being action group. It's a demanding role, in an often deadline-driven environment, which requires you to be flexible, possess a strong eye for detail, and be people-oriented. Responsibilities: Administration: Populating contracts and service agreementsCollating information for management presentationsCalendar management for team, booking meeting rooms and other general adminEnsure all folders are up to date and all documentation in placeTaking minutes and follow up actions from high-level meetingsComplete operational reviews and update internal systems (including periodical tidy ups)Manage client compliance documentation to ensure up to date documents are collated and issued (RAMS, Insurances, Certificates etc.)Issue clients with marketing collateralProvide assistance to Commercial Team for client queries, bookings and service alternations which are urgentManage booking of quarterly presentations for Tier 1 clients, producing management pack for these compiling H&S, Financial and Sustainability summaries Invoicing: Be responsible for the management, upload and chasing of Purchase Orders for our largest clients via tracking reportsLoad invoices and other documentation onto client portalsManage price rise process for annual reviewsFormulate quotes, cost models and schedules Reports: Write up waste audit data into client reports, and analysing trends that crop upProduce monthly backing sheets for clients Workplace: An active member of SWAG (Sustainability and well-being action group)Assisting the Partnership & Engagement Manager with social company eventsSupport and assist in ordering office and kitchen supplies to maintain a good workplace environment About you: High level of computer literacy including advanced Outlook and ExcelStrong organisational and communication skills, good prioritisation and multitasking whilst working as part of a teamStrong attention to detailExcellent writing skillsBe able to manage your time efficiently and work to deadlinesA self-motivated individual, happy to work autonomouslyPositive, friendly and approachableYou care about your colleagues and have a passion for your local workplace Benefits: Staff healthcareEmployee Assist ProgrammePension schemeCompany eventsFree electric car chargingCycle to work schemeExcellent company culture Please Note: Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.
