A forward-thinking construction consultancy is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Manchester. This role presents a unique opportunity to spearhead innovative office projects and drive success in a fast-paced environment. The Construction Project Manager Role The successful Construction Project Manager will: Lead office-related construction projects from inception to completion.Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Manage and coordinate a team of professionals, ensuring efficient project delivery.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. The Construction Project Manager A degree in Project Management or a related field.Extensive experience in managing office projects, including fit-outs, new builds, and refurbishments.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience in a consultancy environment is highly desirable.Professional accreditations (such as RICS, APM, or equivalent) are advantageous, though not mandatory.
