We are looking for a personable and presentable Receptionist to join a high end office building in the Watford area. You will be welcoming and greeting visitors in addition to general admin tasks, including; distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. We are looking for someone with a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Hours of work: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) Salary: £28,000-£35,000 per annum DOE About the role: Greet and direct visitors on arrival.Keep track of all visitors and maintain the appointment calender.Sort and distribute mail.Monitor building portal announcements to see if there is any interruption to the organisation.Plan travel arrangements as and when required.Answer phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller's needs (screening calls)Arrange courier collections.Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.Maintain security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.Update calendars and schedule meetings.

To provide high quality receptionist and administrative support for the general running of the London office's reception. The role involves working independently, with other members of the reception team and collaboratively with other services teams to ensure high quality service delivery.
