We are looking to recruit for an administrator for our established company based on the outskirts of Cardiff. You will have the ability to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks in a busy environment working to tight deadlines. Company offers a fantastic working environment on-site within an established team. They offer a condensed working week with every other Friday off!! Duties include: Responsible for general administration duties within a busy team,Answering the telephone, ordering stationery, dealing with the post and deliveries etc.Additional Administration support to our Training Department, if required.Assure that documents and reports are produced to the highest standard.To maintain confidentiality about the company's activities, policies, and development work.To provide cover to other members of the team when necessary.
