This role has a starting salary of £38,746 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week. This role is offered as a fixed term contract/ secondment opportunity until 30/06/2025 with the possibility of an extension. The team is based in Woking (with hybrid working) and plays a fundamental role in capturing, analysing, and presenting key data and local intelligence, showing the impact of our services for children and families. About the RoleIn this role you will specifically use the national Supporting Families Outcomes Framework to capture the data required to analyse and present the impact our services are having for children and families. Your responsibilities will involve conducting manual checks and audits of dip samples from cases, contributing to the development of reports that assist team leaders in identifying trends and areas for improvement. Additionally, you will take a lead role in the development of the Early Help data return, ensuring its accuracy and alignment with departmental targets set by the Department of Education.You will need to have a thorough understanding of the framework and work systematically through various datasets daily to ensure the council is submitting quality data returns, highlighting any risks, and supporting the team to develop effective solutions to these. You will keep up to date with developments in the framework and support the Strategic Analyst with the wider early help data development.
