This will be on a hybrid working basis with 1 day required in the office per week and start as a fixed term position with very strong chances of going permanent. This job would suit someone with at least 6+ years of relevant experience with international payroll administration in shared services centre environment. They will be responsible for the analysis, execution, and support of payroll operations with utmost confidentiality of 5000 employee records and business information of the Payroll Finance Shared Services organisation. Fluency in English, both written and orally, is essential, and another European language would be preferrable. The successful individual will have multi-national companies experience working with third-party payroll services providers. Due to the nature of this fast-paced environment, this person must be comfortable working within a complex and highly matrixed environment. Experience working in systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Global View and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Job responsibilities: Preparing global payroll data for payroll processing by third party payroll administration partners ensuring accurate and timely processing of the company's payrollsExecuting day-to-day data entry, data corrections, mass upload etc.Verify timekeeping records and consult managers/employees about any discrepanciesRun remote and calculate off-cycle pay checksPerforming audits and validations of payroll transactionsPayroll issues are escalated and resolved with root cause analysis and corrective action for all levels of employees and management, with a focus on ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience in partnership with HR Shared Services.
