This role is suited to those who have at least 2 Years’ experience in providing regulated financial advice. As an existing adviser, you’ll be at least Level 4 Diploma qualified. You’ll be experienced in both winning new clients, as well as maintaining existing long-term client relationships. The basic salary offered is up to £60,000 which also comes with the ability to earn a quarterly bonus in addition. The Business The business is a fee-based independent financial advisers providing financial planning for their clients. They provide a holistic approach to both financial planning and investment management. They have been in operation for over 20 years and take pride in building long-term relationships with their clients by providing high quality, bespoke advice to meet their individual needs. The business provides biblical financial advice and each year, between 10%-20% of profits are donated to the charitable trust set up by the directors. The Role An established team of financial planners, paraplanners, and administrators is already in place. The business is looking for an experienced financial planner to join the team to become an integral part of the advisory function. You will be provided with a client bank and therefore, you will need to be experienced in maintaining strong and long-standing client relationships. In addition, an important part of the role will be the ability to develop new client relationships.
