Director of Global People Operations | Hybrid | Permanent | up to £98,500 + amazing benefits. For a complex, global organisation, with operations in over 200 countries, we are recruiting a permanent Director of Global People Operations. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will lead the People Operations across people advisory and operations; lead global standards and guidance for ER; and will lead the relationship with the onboarding managed service provider. A truly global role, this key role will build capability across the UK, APAC, Americas and EMEA, leading all HR Operations, onboarding, and Shared Service functions.
