This is a great opportunity for an Insolvency Cashier with 3-5 years of experience, looking to work for a larger firm, with all the benefits that this provides, whilst still maintaining a tight knit & supportive team culture.Some of your responsibilities will include: To reconcile a large number of estate / client accounts and identify all unidentified entries.To liaise and meet with various representatives to a professional standard, whilst completing duties and progressing relationships.To arrange bank account opening and closing with various banking institutions in an expedient manner.Complete internal procedures for paying in estate / client account cheques to the relevant account. Market-leading reputation for knowledgeable and compassionate service, to help them recruit a Cashier for their team in London.. The ideal candidate should have experience in working on bank reconciliations, income receipts and payments. The Role This is a permanent full-time position, Key Responsibilities will include; Review and processing invoices onto the Insolvency Practitioners’ case management system ("IPS").Review and validation of supplier/creditor bank details to prevent fraud and money laundering activities.Preparation of payment instructions onto IPS.Monitoring insolvency estate bank accounts for incoming receipts.Supporting Multi-Vendor Payment instructions on trading insolvencies.Supporting trading sale reconciliations on trading insolvencies.Liaising with engagement teams on all aspects of sales/purchase ledger queries. Small Insolvency practice requires a part-time Insolvency Administrator. Based entirely from home, you'll need pre-existing knowledge and experience within an insolvency department of either a law firm or an accounancy practice. My client has a variety of appointments from Administrations to Administrative Receiverships, but mostly Liquidations. They require a person to manage the back-office element of these projects, to include: Job set-up, completion of ethical and conflict of interest checklistsFilings with Companies House, the Gazette, etcManagement of funds, cashiering and set up and control of bank accountsKeeping a project timetable, reminding the Liquidator of upcoming tasks. This role requires no qualifications but does need knowledge of insolvency work, so please only apply if you can demonstrate this.
