My client is seeking an Installations Coordinator to join their business located in the Northampton area. The Installations Coordinator’s role will be to support my clients’ customers both internal and external as well as being responsible for booking installations and arranging service calls on my client’s products. In addition, the installations coordinator will be speaking with customers on a daily basis so having strong customer service skills is a must! Installations Coordinator Package: £25,000 - £27,000.Remote working but needs to be located around the Northampton area.Monday - Friday. Installations Coordinator Responsibilities: Insuring a smooth installations rollout for new customers.Supporting external contractors.Working with other areas of the business.Average of 250 emails/ calls handled per day.Keeping daily management accurate. General Job Description / Key Responsibilities The Implementation Coordinator reports directly in to the Senior Implementation Manager and is responsible for supporting with all site installation services, working in partnership with the Sales Support Team and an Ecosystem of Installation Partners.
