In this role, you will be responsible for the integration of acquired businesses into our existing IT Target Operating Model. Reporting to the Head of IT Integrations, the IT Integrations Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transition of integrated entities, aligning technology system, and enhancing operational efficiency. Duties/Responsibilities: Due Diligence: Collaborate with the Head of IT Integrations to complete the IT due diligence process for prospective acquisitions, collaborating with Vendors and Suppliers as required. Assess the target's IT systems, data, and technologies to identify potential integration opportunities, risks, and challenges.Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate the technology assets, contracts, and architecture of potential acquisition targets. Integration Planning: Develop integration plans and strategies for acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with the organisation's goals and objectives.Create, own and drive detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments, to guide the integration process and ensure these are kept fully up to date at all times.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define integration objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
