The primary responsibility of the Lunchtime Supervisor is to ensure the safety and well-being of students during lunchtime activities. This role involves overseeing students in the dining hall and playground areas, promoting positive behaviour, and facilitating a safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience. The ideal candidate Supervision: Monitor students during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Promote Positive Behaviour: Encourage students to exhibit good manners, positive social interactions, and respect for others during lunchtime activities. Assist with Dining Procedures: Help students with mealtime routines, including serving food, cleaning up spills, and ensuring tables are tidy. Facilitate Playtime: Oversee students during outdoor playtime, ensuring they engage in safe and appropriate activities. Respond to Incidents: Address any behavioural issues or conflicts that arise during lunchtime, using appropriate disciplinary measures as necessary and reporting incidents to school administration.
