You will be joining a global insurance broker to conduct pre-risk surveys for facilities in several international territories. Overview To deliver client service through performing insurance risk surveys of clients' facilities and preparation of detailed written reports for the international reinsurance market. Also, responsible for providing engineering technical support to; Account Executives, the Claims Department, and Insurance Risk Seminars. Examples of tasks / responsibilities Identifies and manages client requirements in accordance with the terms of appointment Lead plant surveys and present recommendations at Plant Director level Builds and maintains strong client relationships Ensures there are sufficient resources to meet client day-to-day demands and escalates servicing issues to divisional management as necessary Provide written and author expertise for reports, proposals, specials studies, articles and client documentation. Provide timely and accurate detailed engineering reports for the international insurance market. Manage clients' and underwriters' requirements in accordance with the terms of the appointment and maintain the client relationship. Ensure that clients' business and operational risks are identified and assessment and interpretation is undertaken regularly. Assist with the management of key clients and overall corporate reputation.
