Medical Executive Assistant
Medical Executive Assistant (Part time) Location: Remote Salary: £25k - £30k Pro rata Hours: Mon - Fri 12 noon - 4pm (20 hours per week with additional 10 hours per month flexitime.) Have you got a medical administrative PA/Executive Assistant background, with great attention to detail and communication skills and want to work for a highly professional private medical rehab organisation where you will be supporting the MD in all her administrative and client support activities? If so, I have a unique role working remotely, providing top-notch administrative support, for a highly respected private medical organisation. You will already have a proven background within the medical or health sector in a fast-paced working environment as an administrator/executive assistant. Responsibilities: Supporting the Director, dealing with emails, appointments and travel arrangementsLiasing with clients about their appointments.Contacting GP surgeries via phone, email and correspondence, requesting blood test results and chasing request to ensure they are actioned in a timely manner.Contact clients, support team or case managers via phone and email to book in appointments.Chasing clients to send in weights and photo food diaries.Attend video appointments with the Director to complete detailed client session notes, and compile client action plans.Compile and transfer information accurately from multiple different documents onto client’s initial assessment notes.Prepare all dietetic notes and multi-disciplinary team notes in advance of their appointments.Upload WhatsApp messages onto the relevant client notes.Manage the email inbox on average about 40 per day.Post letters and taste and smell kits to clients.Order glucose monitors and other equipment for clients.Book meetings and appointments for the Director. The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply: Great communication and organisation skills.Proven administrative background within the health or medical sector.Typing speed of 60WPM and highly accurate with great attention to detail.Great IT skills inclusive of Microsoft and able to pick up new applications such as QuickBooks and QuNote.Ability to prioritise effectively, multi-task and ensure deadlines are met.Adaptable and a natural problem solver.Detail orientated and able to deal with large amounts of data.Enjoys working in a client facing/service-based role.
