JOB TITLE: CONFIGURATION COORDINATOR DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR: CONFIGURATION TEAM REPORTING TO: CONFIGURATION SUPERVISOR ROLE OVERVIEW The Configuration Co-ordinator at CDW is responsible for organising and driving daily workloads throughout the Configuration centre. The role consists of a mix of system related work, to ensure orders are allocated and prioritised correctly, and working alongside the Team Leaders to ensure that work is progressing at pace, and with the right focus on quality. Escalating to the leadership team if SLA’s are slipping will be a priority, and being part of plans to tackle heavy workloads. Understanding and motivating a team of skilled technicians, within a fast paced, highly dynamic environment. High standards are required to ensure our products are received by our customers’ right first time, on time. Coordinators will be accountable for ensuring orders flow through the configuration centre and space is managed correctly. Supporting leadership functions in the absence of Team Leaders will also be required to support development.
