Role Overview:As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment of salaries. Key Responsibilities: Keying into Sage: Input data into Sage, with the majority already completed and some tasks remaining to be finalised.HMRC Compliance: Download updates from HMRC related to student loans, tax code changes, etc.Absence Management: Check and input maternity, SSP, and other absences when necessary.Leavers Process: Manage the leavers process efficiently.Reporting: Pull reports from Sage both pre-update and post month-end.Month-end Payroll: Run month-end payroll processes and ensure payslips are uploaded accurately.BACS Reporting: Provide BACS report to finance department for salary payment.RTI Submissions: Submit Real-Time Information (RTI) submissions as required.
