Project Officer
Our client, an esteemed not-for-profit organisation in Central London, is currently seeking a professional and highly experienced Project Officer with a background in administration and project assistance. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing essential administrative and team support activities, including handling of numerical and non-numerical data, minute taking, customer service, responding to inbox queries, report management and information collation. This is a temporary role for approx. 3 months with potential to extend. Duties and Responsibilities Take accurate, detailed meeting minutes on complicated subjectsBe the main point of contact for and respond to, process and data enquiries received from stakeholdersAssisting on project-management dutiesPrecise numerical and non-numerical data-handlinBuild relationships and offering customer serviced both externally and internallFinding and collating complex informatioVarious administrative tasksSetting up meetings and working groups with both internal and external staff Person Specification Proven experience in office and project administrationExperience handling dataGood working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience using and maintaining a database or equivalent to store and retrieve information (e.g. SPSS - ideal).
