Average Property Administrator salary in the UK

We are looking to recruit a Property Administrator to support a team of Commercial Property Managers at our head office in Manchester. We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, is well organised and works well under pressure. The role is office based, Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm). Role includes but is not limited to the following: Working closely with the Commercial team’s property / building managers to assist with general administrative tasks and filingAssisting with maintaining and auditing records, including Tenancy Schedules and compliance schedulesAssisting with the management of annual work permits, RAMS and insurance status of contractors (per asset)Assisting with tenant queries and complaintsProcessing of all Purchase Orders for the teamRaising cheque requests / credit notesLiaising with accounts and suppliers regarding supplier queriesAssisting property managements with recharges to tenants The Benefits: Salary - £24,000 p.aOn-site gym membership and parking

Property Administrator Leicester (ref AL1289A) Hybrid (3 days office/2 days home) Permanent, full time Salary to £24,000 dep on exp + benefits My client is a specialist Pension Provider and they have an exciting new opportunity for an individual to join their Property Team, carrying out administration in connection with Commercial Properties held within their clients’ Pension Schemes (SSAS). Responsibilities Monitoring and updating rent recordsDealing with rent reviews, lease renewals & insurance renewalsAdministration connected to development works of propertiesPurchases and sales administrationAdministering and processing scheme property transactionsInteracting with appointed conveyancers, agents, financial advisors, and pension scheme clients.Accurate and timely transaction of client requests, customer letters, telephone calls, claims or applicationsEnsure that records are updated and completed for all transactions so as to meet Company requirements and maintain the integrity of system data.Able to deal with new business enquiries relating to property investments within pension schemes, taking into account HMRC regulations and Company policiesResearch into complaints, where required.Communicate and impart process knowledge, including awareness of HMRC and legislative practices and changes relating to SSAS administration. Experience required Ideally a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in property administration transactions, or Financial Services experienceIT literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook.Strong organisational skills.Excellent written and oral skills, along with effective communication skills, with the ability to structure communication to meet the needs of the client.Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.Minimum GCSE Maths and English, grade C or equivalent.
