They pride themselves on providing comprehensive mortgage solutions tailored to their clients' needs. With a large client base, they are dedicated to ensuring that their clients receive the best protection advice and service possible. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Protection Advisor to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. As a Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the trial policies within their client bank, ensuring that each policy is reviewed regularly and providing expert advice on protection products. Responsibilities: Reviewing trial policies for approximately 1700 clients to ensure compliance and suitability.Providing protection advice to clients based on their individual needs and financial circumstances.Collaborating with mortgage advisors to assess client needs and recommend appropriate protection products.Proactively contacting clients to discuss policy reviews and provide ongoing support.Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy recommendations.Attending weekly meetings in Newark to discuss progress and strategies with the team. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within the mortgage or financial services industry.Strong knowledge of protection products and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently.Willingness to travel to Newark at least once a week for meetings and team collaboration.Ability to meet targets and deadlines effectively.
