This is not your regular Receptionist role. This is a busy and dynamic role where no two days will be the same! THE ROLE: Meeting and greeting a high volume of guests, clients and stakeholders. Managing & directing calls and emails. Ensuring the front of house is always neat and tidy. Meeting room management and offering refreshments. Providing ad-hoc Team Assistant and Operational support as required. THE PERSON: High energy, friendly and proactive who can come in and hit the ground running. Professional manner and confident speaking with guests and stakeholders at all levels. Advantageous previous experience includes Receptionist, Cabin Crew, Hospitality, Hotel Front of House or any busy Customer Service role.
