This Science Tutor role will be full time, Monday to Friday. The school would need a Science Tutor until the end of July 2024. If taken on as a Science Tutor you will be expected to tutor pupils in KS3 and KS4 Science. Working days will consist of six, 1 hour sessions of tutoring, for 1 to 3 pupils at a time. The ability to deliver high quality Science sessions, keep pupils engaged and work cohesively with a team will be key criteria in order to be considered for this Science Tutor post. The rates of pay for this Science Tutor position will be between £120 and £180 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant. Tutor Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting! Are you looking for a par time, tuition role at a 'OFSTED Good' school in the East Riding of Yorkshire? Tradewind are representing a school in Pocklington, who are looking for a Tutor to work on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, between the hours of 8:30AM and 1PM. This is a temporary position and is to start ASAP, until the end of the academic year. The role will be paid between £25 - 30 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions on: Maths, English and Science to a student in year 8 who is currently unable to work in a classroom environment. Most of the planning will be made available to you, but there may be some developing existing schemes of work to match the exact need of the student that is expected for the tutor. There may be some need (depending on funding) for this role to continue into the new academic year, which will be decided later.
