About Us White Trees is an independent school that specialises in working with pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). Job Purpose To develop the school’s Special Educational Needs (SEN) division and oversee the day to day operation in-line with White Trees policies, with the aim of raising SEN pupil achievement.Will be required to teach at primary / foundation level (functional skills) which will be a minimum of 4 pupils in a classroom at any one time.
