As a fund treasury assistant you will be playing a crucial role in supporting the treasury and fund management functions including cash flow monitoring and payment preperation. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Assist in daily cash management activities.Reconciling cash positions, monitoring bank account balances, and monitoring of fund transfers. Preparing payment pack check sheets.Assist with payment authorisation across multiple funds.Maintain record keeping of all transaction details once payments are processed. Keep up to date invoice trackers ensuring all invoices are securely stored and processed. Recommend invoices and inter-account transfers ensuring swift transfer of cash through the Fund Structures. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate and timely payment deadlines are met. Perform control checks like call backs to ensure accuracy of Standard Settlement Instructions maintaining beneficiary database up to date. Administer Fund Treasury shared drives with efficient organisational techniques. Review shared mailboxes and apply the most appropriate actions.Maintain the Fund Management System and Treasury Management System. Our client, a prestigious international bank is seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to join there friendly and busy team in supporting 5 front office dealers. You will be responsible for providing operational support for our treasury products and interbank market transactions. You will be required to handle and monitor various day-to-day activities related to the treasury operations, including money market transactions, foreign exchange, and treasury settlement. Your role will involve interacting with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate processing of transactions. Duties include Booking, processing, settlement, reporting and positioning of all products handled by Treasury Settlements, including Securities, Derivatives (IRS / Interest Rate Swaps) and FX / MM transactions.
