Lead, mentor, and support a team of Youth Workers in delivering high-quality youth work programs and activitiesWork alongside young people to support and promote their voice, including involvement in decisions and strategies that impact their lives and communitiesBuild positive and trusted relationships with young people, their families, and partner organizationsCreate safe and supportive environments where young people can access support, develop skills, and achieve their goalsDeliver interventions and activities that address the specific needs of young people, providing information, advice, and guidance on key issues they faceMonitor and evaluate youth programs to ensure effectiveness and impactLiaise and collaborate with stakeholders, partner organisations, and services to raise awareness of youth issues and identify solutions.
