Requirements: An independent understanding of the UK development infrastructure environment gained through experience at a consultancy. Project Manager A leading client-side hospitality group is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team in London. This role involves planning, procuring, and overseeing property projects across their hotel portfolio. As a Project Manager you will have strong property and construction project management skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Project Manager Duties Lead capex and property-related projects within the Hotel sector, including refurbishments, extensions, and other initiatives. Collaborate with the Development Director on new hotel developments. Drive procurement solutions to enhance delivery and support business growth. Perform effective management of third-party contractor and consultant teams. Work with senior management to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between utility records and field findings. Prepare detailed survey reports with recommendations for utility relocations or other mitigation measures. Maintain current knowledge of regulations, codes, and best practices for underground utility locating.
