HR &amp; Employee Experience Specialist | Mid Kent | 30-35k competitive package Our client, a highly successful business that operates globally, is seeking to appoint an HR &amp; Employee Specialist to join their Kent based HR team. This individual will provide comprehensive HR support and general services to all employees within the region. In this role, the HR &amp; Employee Experience Specialist will provide the first and often most lasting impression of EMEA People Services and, therefore, must deliver the highest standards for service, professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency as well as an appropriate sense of urgency. This position serves as a primary contact for the business and is responsible for receiving and resolving queries on benefits, system transaction support, support of other HR platforms, program execution, and other employee-facing inquiries. The role will partner closely with other core functions of Human Resources, managing the escalation path of inquiries to other Human Resources Functional areas. Finance Assistant

Group HR Manager | Kent | 65-75k package Our client, a successful and acquisitive group business in Kent, are seeking to appoint a Group HR Manager in a newly created role offering the ability to really make an impact and add value. The Group HR Manager will oversee HR operations across multiple geographical locations. Responsible for managing and developing the people function; planning, developing, and administering policies and programmes. Possess the ability to address strategic people challenges as well as manage short term operational priorities, across the group. Key Responsibilities of the Group HR Manager: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans. Provide leadership and guidance to the group to ensure consistency. Analyse HR metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement and enhance employee engagement and retention. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements, best practice and industry standards. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. Oversee the recruitment process for key positions within the organisation, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Implement talent management strategies to identify and nurture high-potential employees and support succession planning initiatives. Manage the recruitment, development, and our successful apprenticeship scheme, including overseeing the apprenticeship levy scheme. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement as needed. Candidate Profile: CIPD qualification (Chartered Member or equivalent) is essential Proven experience in a senior HR management role, preferably in a group environment Experience working within the service-based industry is highly desirable, but not essential Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations Experience in managing HR-related software platforms, such as Breathe HR, is preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
