The successful candidate will support the restaurant manager, daily with the running of the catering service operation, ensuring the smooth execution of all catering events, from initial planning to final service. Working 5 days a week between 7:00 - 22:30, The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be integral to the success of the catering team who takes great pride in delivering a customer centric and detailed oriented experience to all customers. Take responsibility for any keys ensuring that they are always signed in and out. Ensure that all areas of service are clean and in tidy condition for guests. Be flexible and attend to any other reasonable requests by the restaurant or any other department manager. Your Skills &amp; Experience: Previous experience in a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and vendors. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as experience with inventory management and budgeting. Flexibility to work shifts between 7:00 - 22:30.
