IT Support Engineer 28,000 - 33,000 basic Havant - 50% hybrid working Your Challenge Working as part of a small team of three engineers, you will be responsible for providing internal IT support to around 200 users across the business, dealing with around 300 support tickets every month. As the IT Support Engineer, you will be supporting the entire organisation across 1st line, 2nd line and 3rd line support. You will also get the chance to get stuck in with a variety of projects, ranging in a variety of technologies from networking, infrastructure and cloud. You will be working closely with the Infrastructure Engineer, who is responsible for all critical and 3rd line issues.
