Salary: 68,000 to 70,000 per annum Location: Based at our office in Harlow, Essex. (2 days office-based, 3 days working from home) Are you passionate about data management and a keen problem solver? If yes, we would love to hear from you! What you'll be doing: Lead the development of an organisation wide data strategy to support delivery of foundations objectives. Be the key stakeholder and advisor in all new strategic data initiatives and ensure alignment to the foundation wide data strategy. Data Architect

Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 - 12 month FTC Location: Harlow, Hybrid and flexible working available. About the role This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver an ambitious new forward strategy for the Motability Foundation, as we seek to build a future where all disabled people can make the journeys they choose. We began a review of our organisational strategy last year and we have collected and reflected on rich and valuable insights from disabled people, staff and other stakeholders this Spring. Drawing on this insight and under new leadership, we have now identified the questions we need to answer to ensure that the strategy we develop now is right for the next five years. Our strategy has ten broad strategy workstreams, which include our approaches to grant-making, innovation, partnerships, finances, and equity, diversity and inclusion. We will aim to answer our big questions and develop our new strategy through three sprint processes between August and December, and conclude the programme of work in April 2025. What you'll be doing Programme manage an agile strategy process with ten defined workstreams in a flexible and pragmatic way. (June - March) Design and run three sprints which enable workstream leads to progressively refine strategic assumptions, gather and reflect on key insights from disabled people and other stakeholders, and develop objectives for the coming strategy period. (July - December) Work with the Director of Performance and Innovation and colleagues to consolidate these workstreams into a forward strategy for Motability Foundation for 2025 - 2029. (December - January) Work with the communications team to establish and deliver an engagement and communications plan for the new strategy. (August - May) What will make you great in this role? You will be a strong strategic thinker and be comfortable handling large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data and reconciling different perspectives. You will be a strong team player, able to work well with a range of colleagues. You will identify with our values at Motability Foundation - to be collaborative, respectful and evolving. Strategy Lead - 12 month FTC

Salary: 85,000 - 95,000 FTE. (This role is a job share, 3 days per week, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)About the roleThe position is an in-house legal role, working as part of a Governance team at Motability Foundation, this is a job share between two part time professionals working 3 days per week.We are a Royal Charter company and our group structure includes an Endowment Trust and a trading subsidiary.You will provide legal advice and assistance to us and help manage legal risk. Both Governance and Operational matters are supported so the Charity's overall interests may be advanced and protected. This includes providing legal advice on a wide range of legal matters such as grants, contracts, disputes and other operational or governance matters. You will also help manage any external legal resource we engage.What you'll be doing Advisory: act as General Counsel in providing (or procuring) sound, thorough and practical legal advice to the Charity and in particular its management so that the Foundation and its beneficiaries' interests may be best protected and advanced in legal matters and negotiations. Legal process: support best practice throughout the Group's activities and specifically in legal and related governance matters. Support compliance and regulatory matters across the Group's activities. Keep abreast of current legal and regulatory developments in order to identify and consider specific issues/topics of interest to Motability as and when they arise and recommend any response to these. Support the Board of Governors (closed session) with minute-taking. Instruct, or assist in instructing, external counsel where required. Representation of charity externally on legal matters eg network of charity lawyers or other specialist lawyer networks. Your experience Experienced professional lawyer, registered to practice as a solicitor in England &amp; Wales. Wide legal knowledge, strong commercial awareness and mature judgement; able to generate effective solutions to identified issues. Analytical and problem-solving skills. General Counsel - Part time job share, 3 days per week

Salary: 44,000 to 46,000 per annum Location: Based at our office in Harlow, Essex (2 days office-based, 3 days WFH) Are you passionate about public affairs and have strong, stakeholder management skills? What you'll be doing: Develop, implement and manage our public affairs strategy, leading on public affairs activities aligned with the Motability Foundation's vision and overall strategy. Amplify the Motability Foundation's voice in Parliament, across the devolved nations, and in political spheres, building, developing and managing relationships with parliamentarians, decision-makers and stakeholders. Manage our horizon scanning and monitoring of the political, legislative and regulatory landscape in relation to the work of the Motability Foundation, leading on advising the business on actions we need to take. Provide sharp political intelligence, insight, advice and briefings for Governors, directors, senior management and a variety of audiences across the organization. Support the establishment of the Motability Foundation's policy positions and delivering our influencing objectives. Manage a contact program for Parliamentarians, raising awareness of the work of the Motability Foundation, establishing regular meetings for senior leaders where relevant, and facilitating dialogue on issues relevant to our work. Working closely with the Evidence and Policy Manager to manage the dissemination of any policy output for presentation to the external world. About you: Must haves: Strong grasp of parliamentary processes in Westminster, Scotland and the other devolved nations.
