Fresh thinking has been at the heart of Natures Way Foods since we set up the company in 1994. We constantly innovate to anticipate changing trends, drawing on our expertise and market knowledge to produce fresh convenient food.

Who you'll work with

Natures Way Foods began in 1994, when the Langmead brothers set up a small bagged salad operation. Their big idea was to combine the freshest lettuce with the latest food manufacturing technology. Since then, we&rsquo;ve grown by expanding our customer base and moving into new fresh, convenient categories and product areas.
We employ more than 1400 people and operate four manufacturing units capable of producing over 326m units. We are guided by an experienced Management Board. The Langmead brothers remain as investors and Non-Executive Directors ensuring agricultural expertise remains at the heart of the business.

Overview DEPARTMENT MANAGER Natures Way Foods is leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and &quot;food-to-go&quot; for supermarkets and retailers, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe. We are currently looking for a talented Department Manager to join our rapidly growing business in Selsey, West Sussex. Reporting into our Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing team of fantastic manufacturing and production operatives, overseeing the day to day running of your section within the factory. The role will work closely with other functional teams.
